Perfect location! Just a short walk from shops, bars, and restaurants. And the best part? Free parking right at the door! The apartment itself was a great size, clean, and had everything we needed. The key pad entry system was super convenient - no worrying about losing keys. Plus, during the freezing weather, it was a warm and cozy refuge after exploring the Christmas Market.
While the overall experience was positive, there were a few minor inconveniences. We weren't provided with toilet paper, and there were no little extras like milk or coffee for arrival.

I recently stayed at Townlets in Belfast for two days and it was a fantastic experience. The apartment was immaculate and provided a comfortable and homely atmosphere. The host was extremely accommodating and easy to communicate with. The code access system was a convenient feature that eliminated the hassle of carrying keys. The location was peaceful and the apartment had all the necessary amenities. I couldn't praise Townlets and the host enough for their exceptional service. I will definitely stay here again without hesitation.
Would definitely recommend this hotel.

We really liked that it was quite clean. The building we stayed in was lovely. The location was fantastic, as we could walk to the Early Peoples gallery.

The keyless entry was a game-changer for us during our business trip. It gave us the flexibility for my elderly mother to come and go as she pleased, without having to rely on us all the time. Plus, the location was perfect for our needs, with a Tesco and several restaurants and pubs nearby. Being within walking distance of the places we wanted to see was a huge bonus. And to top it off, there was a bus stop not far away, making it easy for us to hop on and off the bus to explore the city.
There were a couple of downsides. First, the washroom was on the smaller side, and having only one wardrobe was a bit inconvenient.

Great location, near a children's park, Tesco, and plenty of takeaways. Close to popular attractions like the Titanic museum and W5. The apartment was super comfortable, with hotel-style beds and a comfy sofa. The host was very responsive and accommodating, even allowing a late check-out. It felt like a home away from home, with the ability to cook and extend my stay for my birthday.
There was a bit of noise and cold due to some windows not closing properly. Also, the condensation in the kids' room was dripping from the windows, which made it difficult to dry towels from the washing machine.
Tourists from South Africa often stay at these properties. Ideas for your future trips.
